Our mandate was to ensure that all the home’s shared spaces worked beautifully: the kitchen, secondary kitchen, dining room, sitting room, living room and entryway, along with private spaces such as separate offices for each homeowner, the children’s bathroom, powder room, primary ensuite and primary suite. This new build in the heart of the Jules-Verne neighbourhood would not be complete without a powder room that combines everyday convenience on the main floor with understated elegance, brought to life through textured wallpaper and a quartz countertop.
